Artist Statement

"I play with form, space, and contemporary material design to narrate an intimate experience. As a survivor of the Vietnamese Diasporas - the Boat People, I seek authenticity of my work through my concept and the diasporic relationships. Thus, allowing my process to cross disciplines where needed." Charlize Nhung
